Credit card conditions and agreement

By checking the box for payment or signing the credit card authorization form to purchase products from Festival Travel, the cardholder is agreeing to the following terms and conditions about the authorized chargers. If the cardholder does not agree to these terms, then the cardholder should not sign the credit card authorization form and make other arrangements for payment to Festival Travel & Tours or not purchase this tour or flights from Festival Travel.

To avoid numerous forms to be completed and submitted to Festival Travel, the card holder agrees that the total amount mentioned in the form may be divided into several charges that may be assigned to or for the airline, service fees, providers that may request a separate payment to them and/or others needed to complete the payment of this trip. The total amount of all the charges must add up to the total amount signed for. This 1 form will allow Festival Travel to distribute the charges correctly to each provider/supplier as needed to cover the cost for the flight and or tour.

The cardholder, prior to signing the credit card authorization form, agrees and has informed all those in their party, that they have received and reviewed all the details about their trip, details of the itinerary, the travel dates, the names (names must match exactly to the letter as on their passport or legal document used to travel) refund/cancelation policies, prices and all information related to their trip. By signing, the cardholder and those in their party, are aware of the validity of travel documents (passports must be valid at least for 6 months after beginning of the trip date). Cardholder and all in their party are aware of all visas/immunizations and other documents required to travel and to enter into those countries they will be visiting, including transit countries. It is the cardholder and those in their party traveling responsibility, to be informed of all this information for their travel. Festival Travel will NOT be responsible to inform the cardholder or their party of this information as Immigration and regulation policies to travel abroad change constantly and each country and airlines have their own policies that the travelers must comply with. We recommend the cardholder and their party to consult with the airline(s) they are traveling with, the consulates of countries they will be visiting/transiting through and their doctors for updated information prior to traveling as each country is different. Cardholder agrees that Festival Travel & Tours, its employees, directors, shareholders will not be responsible in the event cardholder or anyone in their party is denied travel or entrance to a country.

Cardholder and those in their party are aware that if there is a cancelation less than 100 days prior to departure, the tour becomes completely non-refundable under any circumstances, including force majeure, pandemics, etc. Airline tickets become non-refundable instantly once issued, no matter how many days in advance before traveling. In the event that at any time before or after 100 days prior to traveling, Festival Travel is able to receive a refund or partial refund, Festival Travel always charges a minimum of $200.00 fee per person plus bank fees, including credit card fees, to help cover expenses that have already and/or will occur for employees, work performed prior and after the cancelation and all those that have been involved in arranging and/or providing their tour. No Exceptions.

Festival Travel & Tours advises the cardholder and their party and highly recommends that they purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their health on their trip and their investment as they will be completely liable of all cancelation, changes and penalty fees that may occur.

The cardholder by signing the “Credit Card Authorization Form”, agrees to completely waive their right to stop payment, issue a charge back and/or dispute through the credit card company and/or bank any or all of these charges. In the event of a dispute, the cardholder agrees to be personally liable to Festival Travel of the full payment plus attorney fees and costs that Festival Travel may incur. All parties agree to venue for any litigation or other dispute resolution actions in the County of Orange, State of California. USA.
